Gear Design

JCL Technologies designs custom gears and gear reducers to meet specific requirements. These include parallel shaft, worm and planetary gear boxes.

JCL Technologies' designs are fully engineered and rated to the AGMA standards. JCL can provide assembly drawings, detailed part drawings and bills of material for manufacture. All part drawings include detailed gear manufacturing data.

JCL Technologies designs with ease of manufacturing and assembly in mind because we have a strong background in gear manufacturing.


Drop-In Gear Box JCL Technologies designs drop-in replacement gear boxes to replace old equipment that is often obsolete and simply unavailable from the OEM. Designs are engineered to meet or exceed the original equipment specifications and save the customer from having to modify base-plates, motor mountings and couplings to suit new off-the-shelf units.
